What we collect
Contact details you provide, the answers you give in the eligibility assessment, and any clinical information shared with your physician during a consultation.
Why we hold it
To let a PRC-licensed physician assess whether treatment is appropriate, to deliver and follow up on a program, and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to clinical care.
Who can see it
Your assessment answers are reviewed by licensed physicians and the care team supporting them. They are not visible to anyone browsing the site, and are not used for advertising.
Your rights
Under RA 10173 you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Where clinical records must be retained by law, we will tell you what we cannot delete and why.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
